HOW THE TIME DOES FLY

It is hard to believe how quickly our children grow up.  The 9 months of pregnancy seems an eternity (at least they did for me), then the glorious day of your child's birth arrives.  You bring them home, then before you know it, you're picking out colleges.  May seem like a bit of an exaggeration, but really, the time goes so quickly and it seems so sad that in the blink of an eye, they are grown.

Today is my baby's 2nd birthday.  Noah Carl Anderson was born at 7:15 a.m. on January 2, 2008.   He weighed 9 lb. 14 oz and I cannot remember how long he was - somewhere around 22-23 inches.  Oh, I'm a terrible mother for forgetting that!  Anyway, this little 'bug' as I like to sometimes affectionately call him, has brought so much joy into our lives, as all our children have.   I can totally understand how parents "baby" the youngest - it is so easy to do because if you have older children, you realize how fast they grow up, and there is something in you -no matter how many children you have - that wants to keep that "baby" around.
