FRUIT
I love fruit, but for some reason, I have a hard time getting in my 2 servings a day. I aim to have fruit for my morning and afternoon "munchie" time, but I usually end up grabbing a fiber bar. My goal this week is to eat 2 servings of fruit a day. Small steps. . .
My other goal is to run 3 days this week (2 miles each time). Can I do it???? I hope so!
Any suggestions from you all on getting fruit into your diet?
I think the key would be to have it cleaned and ready to go. And make yourself a lowfat dip. Fruit + dip = Yum!

my advice is no advice......i am more worried about dropping pounds than worrying about my fruit intake.....butttt if i did worry about my fruit maybe my weight would come off more quickly.....i am all about not playing by the rules......when will i learn......?????
ReplyDeleteHolly, good advice. I do have a low cal fruit dip recipe somewhere and that may help.
ReplyDeleteJodie - you are a rebel! If only I could drop the lbs! when will I learn????? Although, WW says that giving your bod what it needs helps to drop the weight faster.
I agree with Holly - ready to go is key. And visible - on the counter, front & center in the frig, etc... Spring always makes me crave more fruit. Enjoy!
